Eric Mbualungu
Executive Administrator
Eric Mbualungu is head of all management operations. He is in charge of client onboarding and ongoing client relations. Eric has a Bachelor degree in Business Management from Virginia Tech. With a strong belief in the value of personalized attention, Eric ensures that each of Lord & Mak's patients receives the tailored care they need to lead fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes.
Wivine Mbualungu
Nursing Director
Wivine Mbualungu is the Nursing Director. She is in charge of all health related operations. She trains all of the employees and maintains licensing. Wivine has been working in healthcare since 1989. In 2008, she became a licensed practical nurse (LPN) and began working at a hospital in New York, where she gained valuable experience in patient care and management. However, she found that her true passion was providing one-on-one care to elderly patients. In pursuit of this passion, Wivine decided to start her own in-home health care business with her son, Eric. She believes that everyone deserves to age with grace surrounded by caring, compassionate people.
